The Warren Facility Citizen's Advisory Committee (CAC) meets quarterly on the third Tuesday of March, June, September, and December. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Warren Facility (previously known as JWPCP) Administration Office Conference Room located at 24501 South Figueroa Street, Carson. All meetings are open to the public.

The CAC was formed in 1978 to provide a forum for community input regarding the Sanitation Districts' operations and to help guide the Sanitation Districts in its efforts to be a better neighbor to the surrounding community, as stated in our By-laws. CAC members also act as a conduit to circulate information from the Sanitation Districts to the organizations and neighborhoods they represent. The CAC is responsible for many of the improvements associated with the Warren Facility, including odor reductions and perimeter landscaping.
