Districts' employees, contractors, vendors, customers, and other interested parties may reach us by internet, phone, or mail to report any potential fraud, waste and abuse, concerns of violence, or suspicious activity affecting Districts' resources, programs, and operations.
In the event of an emergency or to report immediate threats to life or property, you should call 911. The hotline is not a substitute for reporting criminal activity to law enforcement. Reports submitted through this hotline may not receive an immediate response. If your report does not fall within the purview of our hotline, we strive to follow-up with those who provide contact information to identify the appropriate resource to report an issue or refer to an appropriate agency.
The information provided is kept confidential to the extent allowable by law.
What to Watch For:
- Theft of Districts’ resources (e.g., time, cash, equipment, or supplies)
- Misuse of Districts’ equipment or property
- Employees receiving gifts, favors or cash from Districts’ contractors, vendors, or customers
- Violation of safety policies
- Gross disregard of policies or procedures
- Discrimination or unlawful harassment
- Threats or concerning behaviors
