Home MenuCore Monitoring
Core monitoring assesses potential effects of Warren Facility discharge on environmental quality and tracks trends in environmental conditions over time.
This portion of our monitoring program is focused on the coastal environment near our White Point discharge off the Palos Verdes Peninsula. The core receiving water monitoring program assesses potential impacts of the discharge on coastal water quality, bacteria, benthic sediments, bottom fish and invertebrates, and fish tissue contamination.
The executive summary, introduction, specific objectives, design, and results of these monitoring efforts are detailed in the A.K. Warren Water Resource Facility.
