If you experience odors that you believe originate from the treatment plant, please call the Warren Facility staff (formerly known as Joint Water Pollution Control Plant) at any time of the day or night. The 24-hour telephone number is (310) 830-2401. When you call, plant personnel will be sent to your home to meet with you, make observations, and attempt to identify the odor.

If the odor originates from the treatment plant, the Warren Facility staff will make every effort to eliminate the source of the odor.
