Appointments for Connection Fee Counter

Effective December 23, 2024, through January 3, 2025, the counter will only be open for processing connection fee clearances by appointment. Please call (562) 908-4288, ext. 2722, to set up an appointment. At the counter, we only process ADU's, single family homes (developments excluded), or payment for quotes. 

Applications are always accepted by email at connectionfee@lacsd.org. Process times are 2-5 business days.

For Connection Fee clearance, please make sure to provide the following:

• Completed Sewerage System Connection Fee application
  •  Application can be obtained at the counter or online at www.lacsd.org
• Site and Floor Plan (required for all projects except Septic to Sewer)
• Demolition permit/plans, if applicable
