Comments are solicited only from Santa Clarita Valley residents to ensure that the comments are relevant to people living in this area. The Santa Clarita Valley includes, but is not limited to, Santa Clarita, Saugus, Valencia, Newhall, Castaic, Canyon County, Stevenson Ranch, Fair Oaks Ranch, Bouquet Canyon, Mint Canyon, and Forrest Park.

Your comments should appear within two weeks. Sanitation District's staff review all comments to ensure they are responsive, suitable for dissemination, and have been submitted by Santa Clarita Valley residents.

• How does this system compare to other systems that you have used?
• Was the system difficult to install?
• What type of maintenance is required?
• Have you received good customer service?

It is acceptable to submit both positive and negative comments, but some types of comments are not acceptable. These include:

• Comments that aren’t related to the product you are reviewing.
• Profanity, obscenities, or spiteful remarks.
• Hearsay rather than first-hand knowledge.
• Personal information about others such as phone numbers and addresses.
• Single-word reviews. Please describe why you do or don’t like the system you are reviewing.
