Yes. All board and committee meetings are open to the public, in accordance to the Ralph M. Brown Act.

Yes, the public can be recognized and speak at the meetings. Sign-up forms are available and completed forms are submitted to the Secretary to the Boards of Directors.

District No. 2, the administrative district, meets at 1:30 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month at the Joint Administration Office (JAO) in Whittier.

Fourteen districts meet once per month, either at 1:30 p.m. on the 2nd or 4th Wednesdays at JAO or at 1:30 p.m. on the 3rd Wednesday at Torrance City Hall.

Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District meets on the 3rd Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Santa Clarita City Hall.

Districts Nos. 14 and 20 meets on the 2nd Thursday at 11:30 a.m. at Antelope Valley Transit Authority.

Six districts meet quarterly either at 1:30 p.m. on the 2nd or 4th Wednesday at JAO or 9:30 a.m. on the 2nd Tuesday at the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration.
