JOINT WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT EFFLUENT OUTFALL TUNNEL(Mandatory walk-through location: Carson Field Office Parking Lot, 24501 S. Figueroa Street, Carson, CA 90745) — The work consists of constructing approximately 36,750 feet of 18-foot internal diameter precast concrete segmental lining tunnel, a 14-foot diameter connecting pipe, an approximately 60-foot diameter tunnel shaft, junction structure, manifold structure and two valve structures, and all appurtenant work.
LANCASTER WATER RECLAMATION PLANT EASTERN AGRICULTURAL SITE GROUNDWATER EXTRACTION WELLS INSTALLATION-DIRECT MUD METHOD — The work consists of the construction of three (3) 16-inch diameter, 1,400-foot deep groundwater extraction wells by direct mud drilling, each including a vertical turbine pump, discharge head, right angle pump drive, diesel exhaust fluid tank, reinforced concrete pad, fencing, and all appurtenant work, located within District's property between 70th Street East and 90th Street East and between Avenue E and Avenue G in unincorporated Los Angeles County, northeast of the City of Lancaster, California. **NOTE: PROJECT DURATION IS 150 CALENDAR DAYS NOT WORK DAYS.**

VALENCIA WATER RECLAMATION PLANT ADVANCED WATER TREATMENT FACILITY(Mandatory walk-through location: Valencia Water Reclamation Plant, 28185 The Old Road, Valencia, CA 91355) — The work consists of construction of an advanced water treatment facility (microfiltration, nanofiltration, enhanced membrane system), metal building, electrical and control room, electrical substation and transformers for a new power service, duct banks and electrical conduit, underground utilities, instrumentation and piping systems, fire prevention systems, above ground tanks (concrete, plastic, steel), concrete structures, truck loading station, pump stations, asphalt roads, chemical storage and cleaning systems, metal canopies, site improvements, and all appurtenant work.
LOS COYOTES WATER RECLAMATION PLANT POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS (Mandatory walk-through location: Los Coyotes WRP, 16515 Piuma Avenue, Cerritos, CA 90703) — The work consists of replacement of the plant’s electrical power system and upgrading to a redundant design. The scope of work includes replacement of Southern California Edison service with an upgraded fully redundant system; construction of two new masonry electrical buildings; installation of medium and low voltage power distribution equipment, diesel-engine generators, underground electrical duct banks, and all appurtenant work.
DAVIDSON CITY TRUNK SEWER REHABILITATION(Mandatory walk-through location: 20600 South Alameda Street, Carson, CA 90810) — The work consists of rehabilitation of approximately 5,614 feet of existing 18-, 21-, and 24-inch diameter vitrified clay pipe, reinforced concrete pipe, and non-reinforced concrete pipe on the Davidson City Trunk Sewer with cured-in-place (CIPP) liners. The project will also rehabilitate thirty-seven (37) manholes using a calcium aluminate cement (CAC) protective coating system, and all appurtenant work. Three (3) segments are located along the existing sewer alignment beginning in 223rd Street approximately 1,300 feet east of Wilmington Avenue, then easterly along 223rd Street and northerly along Alameda Street, then easterly along Carson Street, then northerly in an alleyway, and ending in Dominguez Street approximately 100 feet east of Alameda Street. One (1) segment is located along the existing sewer alignment beginning in El Presidio Street approximately 1,300 feet east of Alameda Street, then northerly through private property and ending in private property approximately 650 feet north of El Presidio Street.
216TH STREET REPLACEMENT TRUNK SEWER PHASE 1 — The project consists of the construction of approx. 2,560 ft. of 48-in. diameter replacement RGRCP sewer between MHs 465 and 606, including the construction of appurtenant structures. The project begins in Figueroa St. approx. 150 ft. south of 215th St., proceeding northerly in Figueroa St., then easterly along 213th St., then northerly in Lynton St., then easterly along 212th St. and ending at Moneta Ave.
DOWNEY TRUNK SEWER REHABILITATION PHASE 2 — The work consists of rehabilitation of approximately 4,951 feet of 15-inch diameter of non-reinforced concrete pipe (NRCP) and approximately 308 feet of 18-inch diameter vitrified clay pipe (VCP) with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liners. The project will also rehabilitate twenty-two (22) existing manholes with calcium aluminate cement and one (1) manhole with fiberglass lining, and all appurtenant work. The project comprises two (2) segments located within the Cities of Downey and Bellflower. One (1) segment within the City of Downey begins in Burns Avenue near the intersection with Old River School Road, then southeasterly to the intersection of Paramount Boulevard and Burns Avenue, then northeasterly to the intersection of Firestone Boulevard and Paramount Boulevard, then southeasterly ending at the intersection of Firestone Boulevard and New Street. One (1) segment located in the City of Bellflower begins along the existing sewer alignment beginning at the intersection of Woodruff Avenue and Artesia Boulevard, then westerly ending at private property at the intersection of Ramona Avenue and Artesia Street.
JOINT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE PATIO EGRESS WALKWAY(Not Mandatory walk-through location: Joint Administration Office, 1955 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, CA 90601) — The project consists of construction of a concrete path and replacement of a wooden stairway with concrete stairs.
