Soils Acceptance Program

The Sanitation Districts do not require forms and pre-approval for clean dirt loads at any of our landfills.  Forms and pre-approval are required for the acceptance of contaminated soil.  This program is necessary because of a new requirement from the Regional Water Quality Control Board - Los Angeles Region (Order R4-2011-0052).  Please read the Notification Letter and FAQ below for more information.
